Restorative
When a cavity develops in a tooth, it can be treated simply with a tooth colored restoration. When a tooth fractures or if it has large aging fillings, gold, porcelain to gold, or all porcelain onlays or crowns can restore the tooth to proper function. If a tooth is missing it can be replaced with an implant supported restoration, a tooth supported fixed bridge, or a removable restoration.
Cleaning and preventative
The corner stone of dental treatment is regular hygiene visits coupled with preventative dental care.
Children's dentistry
It is important for children and young adults to have early positive and friendly dental experiences in order to set the foundation for a lifetime of exceptional dental health.
Tooth colored filings
We now restore cavities with metal free, tooth colored fillings which are life-like, natural, long lasting, and composed of composite resin.
Crowns
Crowns are full-coverage restorations that are used to cover a tooth that is likely to break or is too damaged to be corrected with a traditional filling.
Inlays & onlays
Inlay and onlays are gold or porcelain restorations used to replace missing tooth structure when we are treating a moderately damaged tooth.
Bite & sports guards
An oral appliance to help control stresses to the teeth and muscles. This can slow the attrition of the teeth and help prevent gum recession by minimizing the effects of clenching and grinding.
TMJ therapy
We are able to successfully treat many TMJ problems utilizing conservative, palliative treatments including but not limited to: diet/behavior modification, bite guards, essix appliances, and use of NSAIDs.
Snoring & sleep apnea
We have more than twenty years’ experience providing oral appliance therapy. Oral appliances are scientifically-proven medical devices used to prevent or ameliorate snoring and sleep apnea.
Dental emergency
Both Dr. Milin and Dr. Bacalar are available for any emergencies that may arise, either by phone or emergency office visits, to support the wellbeing and peace of mind of our patients.
Endodontics
Endodontics is the dental study and treatment of the dental pulp, specifically roots canals and procedures concerning the nerve of a tooth.
Oral surgery
If a tooth cannot be restored or a patient decides they do not wish to save a tooth, then an oral surgery procedure would be indicated to remove the tooth or teeth.
Periodontics
Periodontics provides the backbone for long term dental health and is the branch of dentistry concerned with the structures surrounding and supporting our teeth.

We work closely with many local dental specialists in order to provide our patients the best, most predictable, and comfortable dental care.
Comfort for anxious patients
In addition to our commitment to being on time for your appointments, we offer headphones, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), pillows, blankets and oral medications to help control anxiety.
Veneers
Porcelain or composite resin veneers can change the shape, size, length, or color of your teeth and provide an amazing cosmetic enhancement to your smile.
Implants
Dental implants are metal posts that are surgically positioned into the jawbone beneath your gums to provide stable support for artificial teeth.
